//all I ask//

This is the cry of my heart right now – that Jesus would truly be all I want, all I ask for, and all I seek.

Give me eyes to see when my heart is blind
That when I ask You'll give, that when I seek I'll find
Give me ears to hear when my way's confused
Let the uncertain road, still lead me back to You

All I ask, all I seek
Is You, is You
All I want, all I need
Is You

Give me melodies in the silence, Lord
And let the fire be where every song is forged
Give me faith to trust in Your promises
That You are truly good, that You are all You said You are

All I ask, all I seek
Is You, is You
All I want, and all I need
Is You, is You

All I ask, all I seek
Is You, is You
All I want, all I need
Is You

Whom have I in Heaven but You?
Whom have I on Earth besides You?
Whom have I in Heaven but You?

Whom have I in Heaven but You?
Whom have I on Earth besides You?
Whom have I in Heaven but You?

Whom have I but You, God?

All I ask, all I seek
Is You, is You
All I want, all I need
Is You, is You

All I ask, all I seek
Is You, is You
All I want, all I need
Is You

//love//

What does it look like to truly love? I want to know what true love for Jesus looks like – what obsession feels like. I want to be so wrapped up in love for Him that nothing can really shake my faith or my love.  This past weekend I heard a story of an eighteen year old boy, Joost Joosten.  He lived in Europe and was radically sold out for Jesus. But people hated him for this. To get him to recant they tortured him mercilessly – drove steel rods through his legs, tied him to the rack, and finally burned him at the stake. He was eighteen, and never once was shaken. Did not even consider giving up his love for the Lord! He was so in love with His savior that nothing could tempt him any other direction. That story challenged me. Are we willing to go through anything because we love? Truly love? I am afraid of pain. I don't like to hurt physically. I cringe when people mock me or tease me. But that's me. That's not Christ. Christ in me is different. He works with me to overcome these things. He teaches me what love is.

"Do you want to know what love is?" He whispers. "Look at me. I am Love.  I suffered unfathomable things for you to be free. For you to love Me back.  I was not recognizable. Me! No one could recognize me. And I did that for you. Are you willing to let me come inside you and change your heart? To give you strength to endure? To let me refine and correct, gently and lovingly?"

This is what love truly looks like. If He is in me, I just simply let Him live. I don't have to try to muster up the love, it just flows. I don't have to be afraid, for He is with me. He is my all in all. He is truly worthy.  He paid with His very life for love. How can I not be willing to give my very life for Him?

//He Is//

Oh, the joy of knowing that our God is real, true, alive, and has died for us. Oh, to know that He is! Simply that – He is.  He is what? There are too many adjectives and names to describe His majesty, the greatness of His name, and the awesome nature of our King. He is so much more grand, good, amazing, loving, tender, kingly, and in control than we think. So how do you even try to touch Glory?

This is an attempt to bring a taste of Heaven to earth. I'm so proud to know the people who came together to make this video happen – to truly magnify the truth that He is. After this you might need to take a breather and praise God for who He is. Praise Him and thank Him, for all that you are about to see laid down His life for you. To know you. Intimately. He loves you, and desires to see that you are clothed in Him. The same one that you're about to see glorified desires you to be in Him.

"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him." -Hebrews 11:6
